A Hands-on Approach to Creating a Business Plan.
Workshop leaders: SCORE Counselors
Class is limited to 15 attendees. Two sessions.
·         Why create a plan - its use and suitability.
·         Plan components.
·         Build the plan: hands-on guidance.
·         Evaluation by the SCORE team.
·         Help in completion and presentation.
Attendees will use a class computer to create their plan using a template. The template will be available online to allow access after the sessions.
Attendees will leave with a viable business plan.
Prerequisite: Attendees must be able to use a computer, MS Word and MS Excel.
